North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) is the licensing examination which needs to be cleared by pharmacists for working in USA.
NAPLEX is 6 hour long computer based test. It consists of 250 multiple choice questions out of which 50 are pre-test questions which will not be scored. The majority of the questions on the NAPLEX are asked in a scenario-based format (ie, patient profiles/ medical records with accompanying test questions). To properly analyze and answer the questions presented, you must refer to the information provided in the patient profile/medical record.
